Questions and answers
What is a RealAState badge?
A RealAState badge is a public quality badge for a property. It is issued after the property documents — first of all the Tabu (land registry) extract — were verified against the land registry and government records, and it sums up the level of verification in one grade.
What do the grades A+, A, B+, B, C+ and C mean?
The grade reflects the share of required documents that were verified and the findings in the extract. A+ and A are full verification, B+ and B partial verification, C+ and C basic verification that needs more documents before a decision.
Who can issue a badge?
The registered owner, or a broker or lawyer acting for them, after ownership verification. It is done on the site: upload the Tabu extract, fill in the property details, verify ownership and add photos and documents.
Which documents are checked?
A current Tabu extract, rights and permit documents according to the property type, property photos and the documents the advisors recommend based on the remarks in the extract. Every document is read, classified and verified against official sources.
Is the badge an official state document?
No. The badge is a private verification by RealAState based on official documents and records. It does not replace a check by a lawyer, an appraiser or an authority, and the AI advisors' answers are not professional advice.
How does a buyer use the badge?
The buyer asks the seller for the badge link or scans its QR code, sees the grade and verification status, and can ask the AI advisors about the property — without seeing the documents themselves.
What does it cost?
Creating a badge and searching for one are free. AI advisor questions and the broker subscription are listed on the pricing page.
Are my documents exposed to the public?
No. Documents are private evidence: the public badge page shows only the grade and status, and the AI advisors answer questions without showing the documents or allowing downloads.
What does the broker subscription include?
The broker subscription lets a broker use a confidential badge, publish their name and office photo, sign remotely, generate the Regulation 7(d) broker form with AI, and enter the best-brokers table.
